Triple Berry Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 240ml spring water
  • 6g matcha powder
  • 20g quick oats
  • 60g Greek yogurt
  • 300g mixed berry blend
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add water, matcha powder, yogurt, and oats (and optional protein powder) to the blender.
  2. Pulse to mix well and increase speed to high
  3. Add in berries slowly 
  4. Allow to blend for 2 minutes
  5. Pour and enjoy
