Triple Berry Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients
- 240ml spring water
- 6g matcha powder
- 20g quick oats
- 60g Greek yogurt
- 300g mixed berry blend
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add water, matcha powder, yogurt, and oats (and optional protein powder) to the blender.
- Pulse to mix well and increase speed to high
- Add in berries slowly
- Allow to blend for 2 minutes
- Pour and enjoy
