Butter Chicken
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 454g Diced Chicken Thigh
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1Tbsp mushroom powder
  • 1Tbsp Canola Oil

Sauce

  • 1/2lb butter
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 15oz tomato sauce
  • 16oz heavy cream
  • 1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste)

Instructions

    • 1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste) Butter Chicken

      Dice 2 chicken thighs
      Season with baking soda, mushroom powder, salt, pepper, msg
      Rest for 15 minutes
      Cook in high heat skillet

      In a braising pan:
      2 sticks of butter
      1/2 white onion diced
      2 clove garlic
      Saute until translucent and nearly brown
      15oz tomato sauce
      16oz heavy cream
      1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste)

      Add cooked chicken and simmer until saucy

      Serve over rice
