Ingredients
Chicken
- 454g Diced Chicken Thigh
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp salt
- 1Tbsp mushroom powder
- 1Tbsp Canola Oil
Sauce
- 1/2lb butter
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 2 clove garlic
- 15oz tomato sauce
- 16oz heavy cream
- 1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste)
Instructions
- 1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste) Butter Chicken
Dice 2 chicken thighs
Season with baking soda, mushroom powder, salt, pepper, msg
Rest for 15 minutes
Cook in high heat skillet
In a braising pan:
2 sticks of butter
1/2 white onion diced
2 clove garlic
Saute until translucent and nearly brown
15oz tomato sauce
16oz heavy cream
1.5tbsp garam masala (to taste)
Add cooked chicken and simmer until saucy
Serve over rice
