Beef Loaf
Serve this classic American dish with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side salad.

Ingredients
- 1½lb Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Cornbread Stuffing
- 1¼ Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- ½ Onion Minced
- 1½ teaspoon salt
- ½ black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 8oz Swiss Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Combine the milk and stuffing in a measuring cup and allow the stuffing to hydrate.
- Start mixing all the other ingredients (except cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
- Knead the mixture until it all starts to become a cohesive mix.
- Add in the stuffing & milk mixture and knead until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into a loaf pan and level out.
- Bake for 75 minutes, and then add the cheese to the top.
- Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes more, or until internal temperature is 165˚.
